Adimos, the leading provider of wireless multimedia connectivity solutions for consumer appliances, announced today the debut of its Wireless Video Module(TM) (WVM). This new semiconductor technology delivers the highest quality multimedia transmission over a wireless channel between any multimedia source (DVD, VCR, Set-top Box, and Media Servers) and a multimedia display (Plasma TV, LCD TV, home projectors, projection TV). Toshiba Corp. Japan, the consumer electronics giant, will begin selling LCDTV and home projector display products and a variety of wireless stations, AV servers and set-top boxes with the Adimos WVM embedded inside.
