George T. Haber
President & CEO

Mr. George T. Haber received his B.S.E.E. from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology. At Sun Microsystems, George was responsible for the design and integration of the FPU in the UltraSPARC chip. He then managed a joint SGI-Toshiba project that designed the 3-D graphics engine for SGI's INDY-2 professional workstation. In 1993, George saw an opportunity to become a pioneer in the IP (intellectual property) industry and co-founded CompCore Multimedia. As President and CEO, he helped build CompCore into a leading provider of technology for multimedia compression technology resulting in a $57 million merger with Zoran (NASDAQ: ZRAN). Eager for a new challenge, George launched GigaPixel as a startup in 1997, and placed the company on the leading edge of 3-D graphics technology.In March 2000, GigaPixel entered into a Merger agreement with 3Dfx. Mr. Haber is also an active "Angel Investor" and is involved with Public and Private Companies. From 1996 to 2000, George was a board member of Zoran. He also has been Director of Class Data Systems prior to its merger with Cisco Systems (NASDAQ: CSCO).

Mr. Eran Igler
Co-Founder & Chief Technical Officer

Mr. Igler has extensive experience in leading state-of-the-art technology communication projects. Prior to co-founding Adimos, Mr. Igler served in various positions at Floware wireless Systems and Alvarion over a 6 year period. He was responsible for chip and systems developments including HW, SW, Modem and RF technologies.
Mr. Igler also has broad hands-on experience in developing complex long distance broadband communication systems. Previously, Mr. Igler worked at DSP solutions, a start up in the field of voice technology, at ECI Telecom and in the Israel Air force on various communication systems.
Mr. Igler has a B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering cum laude from the Technion Institute of Technology and MBA cum laude from Tel Aviv University.

Dr. Michael Genossar
Co-Founder & Chief Scientist

Dr. Genossar has 20 years of experience of research, development and leading technological groups, in signal processing, modem design and wireless systems. Prior to founding Adimos, Dr. Genossar was with Floware Wireless Systems and Alvarion for 6 years. Dr. Genossar managed the modem development group at Floware, and in 1999 assumed the position of CTO at Floware; following the merger of Floware and Breezecom, he assumed the position of CTO at Alvarion.
Prior to that period, Dr. Genossar performed research and development of high speed modems for digital subscriber lines (HDSL, ADSL) at ECI Telecom. Earlier in his career, Dr. Genossar also studied and developed algorithms for speech recognition, reverberation cancellation, secure voice communication, and visual inspection.
Dr. Genossar holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering (Summa Cum Laude) from the Technion, Israel, and an MS and PhD in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, California. He also was awarded the Philip Merlin Award and a Fulbright grant.

Mr. Tomiaki Sugimoto
Managing Director, Adimos Japan

Mr. Sugimoto has over 35 years international experience in sales, operations and technology of consumer electronic products at Toshiba and subsequently as an executive consultant for US based system company.
At Toshiba he led the cable modem business and built Toshiba to #1 position; he was senior manager sales for new media products, satellite products and cable products; was manager CATV STB design and System Engineering where he built over 60 business accounts in Japan CATV market.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Sugimoto was deeply engaged in the technical side as engineering manager and project leader for Cable STB OEM business with U.S. based customer and TV circuit design engineer for PAL/SECAM TV receiver.

Mr. Michael K. Harris
Director, WW Sales

Mr. Harris has over 25 years international experience in Hi-tech marketing, sales and business development with most recent emphasis in semiconductor segments for consumer electronics, personal computing, home networking, HDTV, Set-top box, DVD and digital audio. He understands all aspects of sales, marketing and business development to devise and secure strategic alliances, partnerships and customers.
Most recently he was responsible for sales and business development at Intellon, a powerline home networking company. He has co-founded multiple successful startups including Avance Logic (a successful multimedia semiconductor company eventually sold to Realtek Semiconductor after achieving $20,000,000 in sales) where he was VP Sales and Marketing; Digibits Interactive (Digital Imaging and Client/Server visualization technology company) where he was SVP Business Development and Prorom Inc (value added PROM programming and testing company, sold to Bell Industries) where he was President and CEO.
