George T. Haber
Chairman of the board

Mr. George T. Haber received his B.S.E.E. from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology. At Sun Microsystems, George was responsible for the design and integration of the FPU in the UltraSPARC chip. He then managed a joint SGI-Toshiba project that designed the 3-D graphics engine for SGI's INDY-2 professional workstation. In 1993, George saw an opportunity to become a pioneer in the IP (intellectual property) industry and co-founded CompCore Multimedia. As President and CEO, he helped build CompCore into a leading provider of technology for multimedia compression technology resulting in a $57 million merger with Zoran (NASDAQ: ZRAN). Eager for a new challenge, George launched GigaPixel as a startup in 1997, and placed the company on the leading edge of 3-D graphics technology.In March 2000, GigaPixel entered into a Merger agreement with 3Dfx. Mr. Haber is also an active "Angel Investor" and is involved with Public and Private Companies. From 1996 to 2000, George was a board member of Zoran. He also has been Director of Class Data Systems prior to its merger with Cisco Systems (NASDAQ: CSCO).

 

Mr. Lavi Lev

Mr. Lev has over twenty years of experience as a senior operations and management
executive in the semiconductor and EDA industries. Most recently Mr. Lev served as Cadence Executive Vice President and General Manager, responsible for a Cadence’s product business of over $1B with employee base totaling over 2000 people. Prior to that period Mr. Lev served as Senior VP Engineering at MIPS Technologies, responsible for its product line and transitioning MIPS into a public, multinational, licensable IP focused company.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Lev held circuit design engineering and management positions at National Semiconductor, Intel and Sun Microsystems.
Mr. Lev holds a B. Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology. Lev is also an author of over 15 patents in the field of digital and analog circuit design, CAD techniques, and Internet technologies.

 

Mr. Adam Fisher
General Partner, JVP

Adam specializes in semiconductor, networking and storage companies, serving as a board director with Adimos, Celltick, Dune, Kovio, Sepaton and Siano, and as a board observer with Civcom and Horizon. Adam has also co-led JVP's investments in Native Networks (acquired by Alcatel). Working closely with these portfolio companies, Adam contributes to ongoing company building, recruiting, fundraising and strategic planning. In addition to these investments, Adam leads JVP's Asia team, which is responsible for business development activities in China, Japan, Korea and Singapore. Adam established JVP's Shanghai office in 2004.
Adam initially joined JVP's Israel office in 1996 as an analyst. Prior to joining JVP, Adam worked with the President of the Stern Group, a Washington-based international trade advisory firm, to devise international trade strategy for Global Fortune 1000 companies such as Itochu, Duracell and the Export-Import Bank. The advisory role with these companies, guiding strategy and providing financial counsel, helped to form the operational expertise that Adam employs with his portfolio companies at JVP.
Adam holds a BS in International Economics and Finance from Georgetown University.

 

Mr. Nachman Shelef
Partner, Benchmark Capital

Nachman was Vice President of Business Development at 3Com Corporation, where he founded and ran Directed Startup, a program that creates and incubates startups outside of 3Com. The program's first startup was Atrica, a provider of Optical Ethernet solutions for metropolitan area networks, which was spun off from 3Com in February 2000.
Between 1994 and 1999, Nachman served as Vice President and General Manager of several 3Com organizations based in Santa Clara, Boston, and Israel, including the LAN ATM Division, Broadband Access Division, Enterprise WAN Division, Switching Systems Division, Core Systems Group and Voice WAN Group.
Nachman joined 3Com when the company acquired NiceCom, Ltd. in October 1994. Prior to the acquisition, he founded and was President of NiceCom. He was also Vice President of high-speed networking at Nice Systems, Ltd., NiceCom's Israeli parent company.
Nachman began his career by developing advanced communications and computer systems in the Israeli Defense Force between 1977 and 1985.
Education: B.Sc. Summa cum Laude in computer engineering from the Technion and a Practical Engineer of Physics degree with Honors from the University of Tel Aviv.

 

Mr. Yossi Sela
Managing Partner, Gemini

Yossi Sela serves as the Managing Partner of Gemini Israel Funds, a leading Venture Capital fund, which invests primarily in seed and early stage Israeli technology companies. In this capacity, Mr. Sela sits on the board of a number of Gemini portfolio companies, including Adimos Inc., Allot Communications, Ltd., and IXI Mobile, Ltd. His past board positions include CommTouch Software Ltd. (NASDAQ: CTCH), Precise Software Solutions Ltd. (NASDAQ: PRSE) and Envara Inc. In 1995 he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Ornet Data Communication Technologies Ltd., which was a Gemini portfolio company. Mr. Sela led that company until its acquisition by Siemens AG in September 1995. From 1990 to 1992, Mr. Sela served as Vice President of Marketing at DSP Group (NASDAQ: DSPG), an American-Israeli company specializing in proprietary Digital Signal Processing for consumer and telecommunication applications. He later served as VP Marketing at DSP Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: DSPC), a spin-off of DSP Group. From 1985 to 1989, Mr. Sela worked at Daisy Systems Inc. where he was Director for CAD Development and PCB Marketing Manager for Europe. From 1974 to 1984, he served in the Israel Defense Forces and was responsible for the definition and development of systems for communication applications. Mr. Sela holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

 

Mr. Eran Igler
Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer, Adimos, Inc.

Mr. Igler has extensive experience in leading state-of-the-art technology communication projects. Prior to co-founding Adimos, Mr. Igler served in various positions at Floware wireless Systems and Alvarion over a 6 year period. He was responsible for chip and systems developments including HW, SW, Modem and RF technologies.
Mr. Igler also has broad hands-on experience in developing complex long distance broadband communication systems. Previously, Mr. Igler worked at DSP solutions, a start up in the field of voice technology, at ECI Telecom and in the Israel Air force on various communication systems.
Mr. Igler has a B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering cum laude from the Technion Institute of Technology and MBA cum laude from Tel Aviv University.
